Co Sec/Governance Specialist – 6-Month FTC

Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office (Central London)

Sector: High Fashion/Retail

Our client, a leading player in the high fashion/retail sector, is seeking an experienced Governance Specialist to join their dynamic legal team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong Governance and Compliance experience, ideally within a listed PLC or large private company, to take ownership of governance processes and lead compliance initiatives within a fast-paced, innovative industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead on governance activities, including committee management, minute-taking, and process improvements
• Develop and implement governance and compliance plans
• Assist with the introduction of legal and CoSec tech solutions
• Work autonomously while collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive results

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
