Premier Talent are working with the fantastic Plumpton Racecourse to hire a new Head of Sales & Marketing.
You will work closely with the CEO as a key member of the senior leadership team, you will have autonomy to lead the strategy and team for this business function, with the objective of growing all raceday and non-raceday revenue streams.
The role is based at stunning racecourse in Lewes with a flexible working policy.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role
- Ideally this will be within a sports/leisure business but not essential
- A genuine passion and enthusiasm for sport and sales
- Experience managing people within a team
- Target driven and results focussed
- Self-starter
