Job description
Axon Moore are currently partnered with a high growth, Private Equity backed SaaS business in sourcing a high calibre Head of FP&A to drive commercial performance. Our client are undergoing a period of intensive transformation and as Head of FP&A you will be driving the production of key MI to the board and investors whilst working closely with the CFO on other strategic initiatives including interrogating and presenting data.
Role: Head of FP&A
Package: £100k + Bonus
Location: Central Manchester, 3 days per week on site
The Role:
- Providing high quality MI and commercial insights to the leadership team including the PE investors
- Building financial models around a variety of scenarios including on acquisition targets
- Taking the lead on data & analytics including data repair and visualisation
- Business partnering with none finance to drive performance across the business
- Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ongoing review of processes and systems to ensure a fit for purpose commercial function
- Taking the lead on a number of ad-hoc projects alongside the CFO
The Individual:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience of working in a SaaS business is highly desirable
- Highly commercial with experience of leading a commercial function
- Knowledge of data and analytics, ideally in the use of SQL
- Experience of working within a PE backed or similarly agile business
- Strong business partner with the ability to influence decision making and drive performance
