Our mission is to close the engagement gap between audiences and the advertising world, creating more effective marketing that better represents humans. 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Co-ordinator to help ensure the smooth delivery of our creative and client projects, as well as supporting on business administration.

• 2.5+ years of experience in operations, production coordination, or project management.
• Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Suite).
• An understanding of the creative production process.
• A solutions-focused mindset and a love for processes.

• Supporting end-to-end production and project delivery.
• Scheduling shoots, managing timelines, handling budgets and booking resources, contributing to profitable deliveries.
• Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners.
• Problem-solving operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our production processes and wider business efficiency.
