Riva Money is a venture-backed fintech start-up on a mission to make international B2B payments instant, transparent, and limitless for businesses globally. We’re building a high-impact team from the ground up — and you could be a key part of that journey.
About the Role
We’re looking for a target-driven SDR with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to help us build our top-of-funnel sales pipeline. In this role, you will identify and connect with finance teams at businesses globally, engaging them in conversations about their current cross-border payment challenges — and booking qualified meetings for senior team members.
This is a unique opportunity to join a company at an early stage and grow into a Sales Associate or Account Executive role over time. You will work closely with senior management and help shape our outbound sales activities from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP criteria
- Book high-quality meetings for the senior team
- Manage and update outreach workflows using HubSpot
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine messaging and outreach strategy
- Track performance metrics (e.g. Meetings booked, conversion rates) and continuously improve
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- A highly driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- A natural curiosity about how businesses operate — especially in finance departments
- Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Experience with outbound outreach and CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn)
- Ability to communicate with decision-makers at all levels
- Thrives in a self-driven environment, including cold calling prospects
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in languages other than English (the more, the merrier)
- Experience working in a start-up environment
