You’ll get the tech, support, and services (Linkedin Recruiter, Total Jobs, worker funding etc..) to run your desk like a business — plus a growing community of independent recruiters to collaborate with when you want to.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ recruitment experience
• Confidence in your ability to win or retain clients
• At least one client you can work with (or close to it)
• A commercial mindset and motivation to earn more
