Accounts Assistant – West London (Hybrid)

£30,000 FTE | Permanent | Fashion Brand

Our client is a fast-growing, design-led lifestyle brand blending urban elegance with a relaxed, beach-inspired culture. They’re searching for a detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join their friendly Finance team based in Notting Hill, West London, with flexible hybrid working.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Processing invoices and maintaining the accounts payable ledger
• Preparing weekly payment runs and handling supplier queries
• Allocating payments, managing accounts receivable inbox, supporting customer onboarding
• Assisting with month-end finance tasks alongside senior team members
• Performing bank reconciliations and providing ad hoc finance support

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of proven finance experience
• Experience with P2P/O2C processes, preferably in fashion, FMCG, or retail
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite) advantageous
• Adaptable and organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-changing, evolving environment
• Proactive problem solver keen to improve processes
