Vice President, Europe – Scale a Mission-Led Tech Business
They're a fast-scaling global tech company on a mission to make roads safer. Backed by a major group, their European business is at an exciting startup phase, and they're looking for a powerhouse commercial leader to take it to the next level.
As Vice President, Europe (Sales), you will be the face of their brand across the continent, owning revenue strategy, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and accelerating direct and partner-led sales. You'll collaborate globally, shape market expansion, and be responsible for their commercial success in Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute European GTM and revenue strategy
- Build and scale regional sales, partnerships, and revenue operations
- Drive exponential growth through both direct enterprise and channel sales
- Represent the company externally at industry events and stakeholder engagements
- Own the P&L and ensure profitability, operational rigor, and forecasting excellence
- Foster deep cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and customer success
What You Bring
- Proven senior revenue leadership in tech or SaaS
- Deep experience in European markets and scaling commercial teams
- A mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution
- Bonus: experience in telematics, transportation, or supply chain.
