Role Description


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing software training, and managing ongoing support for dental practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks during implementation.
  • Being a single point of contact for the customer till they are settled and set up for success on CareStack™.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to understand the current practice workflows and adapting them for CareStack™.
  • Influence and educate the customer towards better workflows and SOPs that would yield higher growth
  • Monitor them for core workflow adoption during the initial few weeks and proactively reach out if they are found vulnerable while using CareStack™.
  • Make an early assessment of the change management impact on the practice and predict possible churn scenario and highlight the ones that may need more support than usual.


Required Skills / Experience

  • Analytical Skills, Software Implementation, and Communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in healthcare or dental industry is a plus
  • Experience using software
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
