Role Description

This is an opportunity to join one of Europe's most exciting early-stage FinTech companies reshaping how businesses manage money. In this role, you'll act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key part in shaping the top of the sales funnel. You’ll combine commercial instinct with a consultative mindset to identify and qualify new business opportunities for the wider sales team.

Target / KPI

  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activity
  • Research and expand prospecting lists for key verticals
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and campaign performance
  • Leverage a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDICC) to guide discovery conversations


Team Attainment

  • Team-oriented sales structure with frequent collaboration between BDRs, AEs, and product/marketing
  • High-growth, high-output environment driven by shared success metrics


Deal Size / Cycle

  • Mid-market to enterprise sales
  • Deal cycles vary, but typically consultative and multi-threaded


PG % & Support
