Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established construction business as they look to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

The Role:

As Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in the commercial management of projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project finances to ensure delivery within budget

• Overseeing contracts and appointing subcontractors

• Handling procurement, valuations, applications, and payments

• Leading contract reviews and supporting risk management activities

• Contributing to dispute resolution processes

• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

About You:

We’re keen to speak to candidates who have:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A strong background in the construction industry

• Solid knowledge of NEC contracts

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
