About the Role
Our client, a well-established name in the retail sector, is seeking an experienced Employee Brand and Marketing Specialist to drive internal brand engagement and support the positioning of their employer brand across key channels. As the appointed recruitment partner, we're looking to speak with forward-thinking brand and communications professionals who are passionate about storytelling, culture, and employee experience, have led on strategies and have an excitement
£350 - £400 per day
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the employer brand strategy in line with business goals and talent attraction needs
- Create and execute internal campaigns that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and cultural alignment
- Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all employee touchpoints
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives across social media, careers pages, job boards, and events
- Monitor employee sentiment and engagement metrics, using data to refine campaigns and messaging
- Deliver content and communications that amplify employee voices and celebrate internal success stories
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring tone, values, and visual identity are reflected in all people-facing communications
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in employee branding, and recruitment marketing, developing and executing strategies
- Experience within retail or consumer sectors is desirable but not essential
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills across digital and offline channels
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- A creative and strategic thinker with an understanding of how employee brand contributes to business performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
