Job Title: Head of Technical Services

Job Type: Permanent

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £90,000 D.O.E

Key Skills: Support Services, Infrastructure, Growth, Stakeholder Management, Business Case Development.

Playing a key role in moulding the direction of support services and infrastructure in a time of growth.

This role is non-operational, focused on strategy, planning, and escalation of service issues to drive development of the IT estate.

Desired Key Skills

• 2+ years in a Senior Leadership role delivering transformation across IT infrastructure.
• An in-depth technical understanding of the functions of IT systems.
• Experience with stakeholder relationship management and dealing with service partners.
• Business Case development for IT infrastructure.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR/PCI regulations.
• The ability to support the execution of the technical roadmap.
