Project Finance Associate in City of London

Job description

Pearse Partners has been mandated by a tier 1 Infrastructure Bank to hire an AVP into their Project Finance Origination team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in project finance or working in a large financial institution/ other relevant roles in the industry, advisor or finance.

Responsibilities:

• Support the origination and execution of infrastructure and project finance transactions
• Analyse financial statements, models, due diligence and legal docs
• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and marketing debt solutions to clients
• Prepare client-facing materials and ensure compliance approval
• Contribute to asset management and broader ISD initiatives as needed

Key Requirements:

• Experience supporting project finance or infrastructure debt transactions
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to financial modelling and credit applications
• Familiarity with internal systems (e.g. PD/LDG models, KYC, compliance workflows)
• Ability to prepare client materials and manage deal execution processes
• Proactive team player with solid understanding of banking procedures
