Location: Mayfair, London

Salary:

Option 1: £40k base + 10% commission, building to full self-employed once established

Option 2: Self-employed model with retainer + market-leading commission structure

We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious mortgage brokerage based in Mayfair, known globally for its expertise in complex, high-value, and international finance solutions. The Opportunity

• Work with HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, and professional intermediaries
• Structure bespoke mortgage and debt solutions across residential, commercial, bridging, and private client lending
• Manage the full deal cycle — from lead to completion — with support from an industry-leading platform
• Join a business that handles some of the largest and most complex deals in the UK and internationally

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience in mortgage brokerage, private banking, or specialist lending
• Excellent understanding of HNW/UHNW client expectations
• Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and professional partners
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your own business within a respected framework
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Arabic-speaking desirable (due to growing demand from Middle Eastern clients)
