Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Croydon area of London, United Kingdom, for a Speech & Language Therapist and Team Lead.

The Speech & Language Therapist and Team Lead will support mainstream Primary and Secondary Schools with their EHCP provisions including interventions, training staff, supporting parents, assessments and attendance at annual reviews.

The role also involves supporting the Contract Manager and leading the Croydon team, including supervisiong junior colleagues, supporting in the induction processes, inclusion in improvements in service pathways and team development.

Qualifications

• Skills in Speech Therapy, addressing a range of speech and language disorders
• Experience in supporting junior Therapists
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field
• Relevant professional licensure/registration, must have HCPC registration in place.
