This pivotal role involves the ground-up establishment and expansion of a vital new business unit focused on corporate transactions, offering substantial independence in charting its course.

The Scope:

• Become a key member of the senior leadership, directly shaping overall firm direction.
• Design, build, and expand a comprehensive suite of transaction-related services.
• Serve a broad spectrum of clients, including privately held companies, family enterprises, and rapidly growing ventures across a multitude of industries, from traditional manufacturing to cutting-edge professional and service sectors.
• Utilise the firm's established reputation and deep client connections to generate significant deal flow.

Experience:-

• Extensive experience in corporate finance, with in-depth knowledge of the Scottish transaction market.
• A powerful professional network and keen commercial insight.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing teams.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Oversee and execute corporate finance engagements from initial client contact to successful closure.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Proactively cultivate new business through personal networks and strategic outreach.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to deliver holistic client solutions.
• Enhance the firm's market visibility and client engagement as a prominent external voice.
• Provide expert counsel on strategic planning, including exit preparedness and growth initiatives.
• Play a significant role in the firm’s operational advancement and long-term expansion objectives.
