Head of Health, Safety Environment & Quality in Sheffield

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a renowned manufacturing business who are looking for a proactive and influential Head of HSEQ to take full ownership of their Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality systems.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll:

• Set the strategic direction for SHEQ across the business
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
• Lead and develop a high-performing SHEQ team
• Oversee audits, risk assessments, investigations, and continuous improvement projects
• Drive initiatives that reduce environmental impact and enhance operational excellence
• Champion quality, safety, and compliance across all departments and sites

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent
• Chartered Membership of IOSH
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
• Competent with ISO14001, 45001 & 9001
• Brings strong SHEQ leadership in a fast-paced engineering or technical environment
• Has excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
• Is confident working independently and with senior stakeholders
