About the Role

As an Inside Sales representative, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth through strategic client engagement, market research, and proposal support. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help expand our reach and enhance our presence in new markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth industry and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.
  • Assist in developing outreach strategies and establishing long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, pricing strategies, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM systems and track opportunity progress.
  • Support initiatives for market expansion in new regions and therapeutic areas.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the business development team.
  • Stay current with industry news and competitor activities.


What You’ll Need to Succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • A collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
