About the Role

As a B2 Avionics Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out modifications and maintenance on aircraft in accordance with approved drawings and maintenance data. You will take full accountability for the technical integrity of all work performed, providing regular updates and solutions to any issues that arise.

Key duties and responsibilities of the B2 Avionics Mechanic role include:

Precise wiring terminations and testing

Removal and installation of various shelves, panels, and equipment

Interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and regulatory requirements

Loom manufacture and testing

Supporting avionics system testing, validation, and troubleshooting

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for the B2 Avionics Mechanic role will have:

Completed an engineering apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical engineering or a military equivalent

Previous experience in aircraft modification and/or production

Excellent hand skills and attention to detail

Eligibility to work and live in the UK

Subject to UK security vetting

Excellent knowledge of avionics systems

Reliability, adaptability, and good interpersonal skills
