Office Administrator

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Location: Bedfordshire

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support across departments
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service
  • Assist with processing sales orders, invoicing, and shipping documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations


Essential Criteria:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good problem-solving and organisational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team


Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience using SAP
  • Understanding of international sales and freight processes
  • Ability to analyse data and prepare reports
