The Role
This is a senior opportunity for a finance professional with deep expertise in project finance, leveraged finance, and infrastructure advisory. You will play a key role in structuring and executing complex debt transactions, working closely with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage debt advisory mandates across infrastructure, energy, and corporate sectors
• Structure and negotiate financing solutions including project finance, acquisition finance, and refinancing
• Develop and review detailed financial models and credit analysis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and capital providers
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in debt advisory, project finance, leveraged finance, or infrastructure finance
• Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills
• A calm, patient approach to managing complex transactions and stakeholder relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering client value
