Quantity Surveyor in Epping

I am pleased to inform you that Nek Gica Ltd, our esteemed company, is currently in the process of expanding our team. As part of this growth, we are now actively looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will play a crucial role in our company's operations.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

- Running and procuring sub-contractor accounts

- Measurement of work done on a number of projects across the South of England

- Document control, encompassing drawings, materials, and variations

- Conducting site safety walks and reporting

- Procurement of sub-contractors

- Providing project forecasts to complete

- Monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)

- Recording, valuing, and agreeing on variations

- Attendance at weekly meetings with both clients and internal company representatives

- Facilitating final account meetings and remeasurement of works
