Summary of the role and key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the team, understanding key challenges and delivering effective HR solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and influence senior stakeholders on critical people-related matters.
• Drive a high-performance culture by fostering engagement and delivering performance outcomes.
• Lead employee relations efforts, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with senior leaders to enhance engagement, strengthen team cohesion, and cultivate a positive, high-performance culture.

Key skills required

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
