RELOcruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Removals & Storage company, known for delivering seamless relocation services to clients across the UK and internationally.


They are now looking for a Removals Admin to join their team, providing first-class customer service and ensuring every move is handled efficiently from start to finish.


This role is perfect for a highly organised, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. Previous experience in the removals or relocation industry is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout their relocation journey.
  • Understand customer needs and enhance their overall experience.
  • Maximise sales opportunities and confidently upsell relevant products and services.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately processed in line with company and legal standards.
  • Handle administrative enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards, working to KPIs and ensuring targets are met.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.
  • Problem-solve and proactively address any issues that arise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Support the wider team with additional duties as required.


Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
  • A positive, proactive approach with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing paperwork.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
