Head of Commercial Lettings (Client-Side)

Retained Client: Urban Splash

Manchester, Northwest

£70,000 – £80,000 p.a. (OTE – c £100k plus)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Kingsley is exclusively retained and working in partnership with Urban Splash, the highly successful real estate development company, to appoint a ‘Head of Commercial Lettings’.

In brief, the successful applicant shall be responsible for:

• leading and executing the leasing strategy for commercial properties, and
• maximising occupancy, rental income, and asset value.

and shall involve:

• developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,
• negotiating high-value lease agreements,
• ensuring the long-term success of the commercial portfolio, and
• Managing a small team

The portfolio is largely based in the Northwest of England, with further assets located in other parts of the UK.
