Corporate Senior Lawyer – Leeds-Based Opportunity

Salary: £75,000 - £100k+ (Director Level) + Up to 35% Bonus

Hybrid & Flexible Working

Our Client looking for an experienced Corporate lawyer to join a large, well-established team in Leeds either senior associate level or Director. You’ll work with a wide range of national and international clients across high-value, often cross-border deals – particularly involving the US, Nordic region, Germany, France, and Benelux.

What you’ll be working on:

• M&A (both buy-side and sell-side)
• Private equity transactions (for sponsors and management)
• IPOs and equity capital markets work
• Public takeovers and day-to-day corporate advisory matters (like group reorganisations and capital reductions)

You’ll regularly work alongside lawyers in other jurisdictions and be exposed to top-quality work that spans across industries and borders.
