Job description

Job Responsibilities‌

‌Strategic Planning‌

Develop the Group’s overseas financing strategies, optimize cross-border capital structures (bonds, syndicated loans, green financial instruments), and reduce overall financing costs.
Design tax and foreign exchange risk hedging solutions (SPV structures, NDF tools), and liaise with international financial institutions and rating agencies.

‌Resource Expansion‌

Expand financing channels with international banks, sovereign wealth funds, and ESG investors; lead overseas bond issuances (Reg S/144A) and oversee end-to-end project financing processes.
Promote the adoption of green certifications and sustainable financing instruments (Sustainability-Linked Bonds, carbon credit financing).

‌Risk Management‌

Ensure compliance of cross-border financing activities with international regulations (FATF, BEPS rules); monitor debt risks and liquidity positions, and report regularly to the Board of Directors.

‌Qualifications‌

‌Mandatory Requirements‌

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
‌10+ years of cross-border financing experience‌, including leading multinational financing projects exceeding USD 300 million.
In-depth knowledge of EU/US/Asia-Pacific financial markets, with prior experience at global investment banks or asset management firms.

‌Core Competencies‌

Expertise in cross-border financing instruments (ABS, REITs) and financial modeling.
Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong international negotiation and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Familiarity with ESG disclosure standards (TCFD) and geopolitical risk assessment frameworks.
