About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly and experienced property team based in Oxford. This is a great opportunity to work in a thriving legal practice, handling a broad caseload of residential property transactions with the support of an established team and robust infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients across Oxfordshire and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
• Handle matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction throughout.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, providing clear and timely updates.
• Ensure all legal requirements and best practice standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation using case management systems.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive, or qualified by experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven track record of independently handling a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and client service focus.
• Familiarity with conveyancing software and modern legal technology.
