Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multitrade Builder at Cognitive Construction located in Milton Keynes. The Multitrade Builder will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to construction, including but not limited to shell building activities such as Groundworks, Brickwork, Structural steel work, Carpentry, Roofing, Plastering plus knowledge around plumbing, electrical work, The role involves working in a team on-site to bring projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Groundworks, Brickwork, Carpentry, Roofing, plastering and knowledge around Plumbing, Electrical Work.
• Experience in construction and building trades
• Problem-solving and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Health and safety awareness and compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relevant certification or trade qualifications are advantageous
• Tools and equipment advantageous
• Driving Licence and vehicle
• Employment or sub contract contracts available
