LEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER - GLOBAL CREATIVE EXPERIENCES BRAND
We’re working with a ever-growing business that delivers bold, high-impact experiences for audiences worldwide. As they evolve their brand and expand their creative output, they’re looking for a talented Lead Graphic Designer to shape and elevate their visual identity across every offline touchpoint.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a conceptual, hands-on designer who’s confident leading others, excited by large-scale design projects, and ready to influence how a brand shows up on a global stage.

- A designer and team-leader who’s passionate about building brands and uniting visual storytelling across large-scale experiences
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and knows how to mentor and motivate creative teams
- A creative with a strategic mindset who can translate brand visions into scalable, cohesive messaging across a variety of customer touchpoints (signage, onsite collateral, branding, print assets)
- Someone who can confidently lead design conversations with stakeholders while managing workflow across multiple projects
- A visual communicator who understands the power of design to engage audiences across digital and in-person formats
- Someone who can passionately and confidently lead this department and come up with good innovative ideas, inspiring the other designers in the team
What you’re great at -
- Leading, developing, and inspiring design teams with a strong foundation in brand and campaign execution
- Working across the Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools with confidence and innovation
- Delivering complex design projects from concept to completion with high attention to detail
- Navigating stakeholder relationships, communicating design rationale clearly, and managing expectations
- Balancing creativity and consistency while working across multiple touchpoints - from branding and advertising collateral to IRL environments
- Bringing real proactivity to projects, leading from the front with a problem solving mindset
