They are currently expanding their in-house Advocacy Team and seeking experienced Barristers or Solicitor Advocates with a background in Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence. This is a rare opportunity to work on varied, meaningful cases within a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment.
The Role
As an in-house Advocate, you will:
- Deliver high-quality advocacy services, both remotely and in person
- Represent clients at interim and final hearings
- Draft pleadings and provide legal opinions on complex matters
- Collaborate with case handlers to support client outcomes
- Help shape a growing in-house advocacy practice across England & Wales
About You
We’re looking for professionals who are:
- Qualified Barristers or Solicitors with Higher Rights of Audience (civil)
- Experienced in Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence advocacy (claimant or defendant side)
- Skilled communicators with strong drafting, case analysis, and courtroom presence
- Comfortable working independently while being an active team contributor
