Job description

A position is available for a driven Associate Lettings Negotiator in Canary Wharf. The role suits someone hungry to win new business, secure valuations, and build a strong personal instruction pipeline. This is a front-end, autonomous role with access to a large and underused landlord database – ideal for someone ready to take control of their patch and earn based on individual performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Winning new business through outbound calling, valuations, and landlord follow-ups (around 75% of time)
  • Making full use of an extensive landlord database to generate leads and re-engage contacts
  • Attending and converting valuations across Canary Wharf and surrounding areas
  • Managing the full instruction pipeline independently
  • Building your own business within the office – commission is paid solely on individual results
  • Hosting and entertaining developers and clients as the office expands (expenses covered)


Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced Lettings Negotiator, ideally at Senior or Associate level
  • Strong knowledge of the Canary Wharf, Greenwich, or Docklands lettings market
  • Confident and proactive in winning instructions and converting valuations
  • Self-sufficient and comfortable working with autonomy day to day
  • Familiar with Reapit is advantageous


Job Details & Package:

  • Location: Canary Wharf (Millharbour, E14)
  • Salary: £30,000+ basic + £3,600 car allowance | OTE £75,000+
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday 8:45am–6:00pm, Saturdays on rotation (1 in 2 or 1 in 4)
  • Car Allowance: £3,600
