ROLE:

As a Junior Project Finance Lawyer, you will:

• Advise on major infrastructure and energy project financings.
• Support on transactions across renewables, oil and gas, social housing and utilities.
• Work with lenders, sponsors, investors and developers.
• Be involved in cross-border matters and international deals.
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of finance documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s extensive UK and international network.

REQUIREMENTS:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is 0-2 years qualified in Scotland or England & Wales.
• Has a strong interest in finance and infrastructure work.
• Possesses excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Works confidently with clients and thrives in a team environment.
• Is commercially aware and keen to grow in a fast-paced, specialist team.
