Role: Tech Client Support Representative (German-speaking)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days in our modern Bournemouth HQ (Granville Chambers, 21 Richmond Hill) & 2 days remote

OTE: £28,000–£32,000 in Year 1 (Base + Quarterly Bonuses)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to inbound B2B queries from German-speaking customers (DACH region)
• Learn to understand and explain IT software solutions
• Build rapport with decision-makers and identify opportunities to upsell or expand support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and provide top-tier service
• Engage in continuous learning to build your tech knowledge and grow fast in your role

• Hybrid working: Mon/Fri remote, Tue–Thu in our Bournemouth office
