Legal Counsel - AI Software in City of London

Job description

SSQ has been exclusively instructed by an award-winning software company looking to hire a Legal Counsel in London to support the EMEA region.

Reporting into the Deputy General Counsel, this role will form part of an established yet scaling legal team and will have responsibility for all Commercial, Product and Privacy legal matters for the business.

As well as working with sales and marketing, this role would suit someone who has a love of technology and enjoys working with product teams, helping them create and innovate.

Required skill set

• Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (ideally 3-5 PQE)
• Experience advising and negotiating software (SaaS) products, services and data licensing agreements
• Good knowledge of data protection (GDPR)

*Candidates must be working in the UK with the ability to travel to London.
