Employment Lawyer in England

Job description

Our client is seeking a senior employment lawyer with exposure to corporate M&A to support their in house legal team. This is a full time role, expected to start in July for an initial 6 month period with the possibility to extend. There is a flexible office presence required in London.

The role involves advising on international M&A, managing UK employment tribunal claims, and supporting on senior exits and DSARs.

You'll collaborate closely with the Global Legal Director and other teams on complex, cross-border issues. Experience with TUPE, pay transparency, transactional matters, and works councils would be a significant advantage. Cross-border and international experience as an employment lawyer are essential.

You must be qualified in England & Wales, with a strong private practice and in-house background.
