Partner - Rating, Office Advisory in City of London

Job description

Our dedicated London team provides a full range of services, from agency and investment through to lease consultancy, planning and business rates, acting for London’s leading developers, investors and occupiers.

We are looking for a Partner to join our London Office Advisory Business Rates team. Where you will be specialising in business rates services for landlord and occupier clients. As well as being an expert in delivering a varied scope of service, ranging from refurbishment and redevelopment work to serviced office strategy and valuation negotiations, seeking the best result for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing high-level advisory services on business rates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to Newmark's growth and market presence.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with other divisions within the firm to provide integrated, multi-disciplinary services to clients.
• Work within the Office Advisory Business Rates team, providing strategic direction and mentoring to team members.
