Legal Counsel – Media, Tech & Transactions

Looking for a legal role that blends variety, autonomy, and impact—without boxing you into one lane?

A dynamic and fast-paced organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel with a strong grounding in corporate M&A and commercial contracts, ideally with exposure to SaaS and AI.

This is a genuinely broad in-house role—perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, engaging with stakeholders across all levels, and translating legal complexity into practical advice.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading on corporate transactions and commercial agreements
• Advising on tech and digital-related matters (including AI and SaaS)
• Working cross-functionally to support evolving business priorities
• Managing varied workflows in a collaborative, fast-moving setting

What you'll bring:

• Experience handling M&A and/or commercial work independently
• A pragmatic mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a flexible, informal environment
• In-house or secondment experience is a plus
