We're Hiring: Structural Steel Estimator | £35,000 – £45,000 | Based in Preston

Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in structural steel? We're looking for a driven professional to join our team in Preston.

As a key part of our commercial department, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of structural steel projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile builds with a supportive and growing company.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for structural steel projects
• Review drawings and specifications to assess material, labour, and time requirements
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams to clarify project scope and requirements
• Track project costs and maintain accurate documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the structural steel or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Confident using estimating software and Microsoft Office

Location: Preston

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
