Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in Scotland

Bruin are proud to be partnering with a well known Financial Services brand in their search for a Head of Financial Crime operations to join their team.

In this brand new and pivotal role, we are looking for an experienced financial crime leader. You will be a financial crime SME with extensive leadership expertise and a knack for building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

What will you be doing?

• Provide overall leadership and oversight for the team.​
• Set and drive team priorities and outcomes. Including supporting team members with coaching and developing long-term career goals.​
• Provide advice and guidance and act as a point of escalation for the team.​
• Build and manage collaborative relationships with relevant 1LoD stakeholders.​
• Build and manage relationships with 2LoD financial crime teams to enhance risk management and compliance culture.​
• Ensure alignment of financial crime Operational processes and procedures with company policies.​
