Head of Conveyancing 4-5PQE+ - 5 days in probation period (3 months), going to remote after.

Richmond, Greater London | up to £70k

Their collaborative team are seeking a confident and experienced 4-5PQE+ residential predominant senior solicitor to join them. The Role:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters.
• Play a key part in a collaborative and supportive property team.
• A head of department and mentoring junior staff

What You’ll Bring:

• A qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with at least 4-5PQE+ in Residential Property
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the residential property market and conveyancing process. Commercial property conveyancing a bonus
• High client facing role, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities as head of department
• Proven experience working with HNW clients and managing difficult property transactions
• Organised with excellent attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach giving clients the best advice with a commercial focus
• Mentoring junior team members
• Always striving to deliver excellent client care service
• Professional and friendly and able to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and business introducers
