CRO Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / Experimentation Manager

2 days / week WFH

to circa £50,000 + bonus

Are you passionate about CRO with experience of the full lifecycle of Conversion Rate Optimisation and Experimentation projects? The successful CRO Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager will join a dynamic and fast-growing digital agency with a great name in the market. The CRO Manager / Conversion Optimisation Manager will be highly client facing and will typically spend 2 days per week on client site in central London, as well as one day a week in the office.

To be successful in the role, you’ll need to be passionate about owning the full CRO / Optimisation process from beginning to end from project initiation through to post-implementation reporting.

I’d love to hear from you if you have the following:

• Data-driven mentality and strong data analysis skills
• Experience of working with a CRO tool such as Optimizely, VWO, Piano or Zephr
• Strong knowledge of GA4
• Experience of setting and executing CRO and Experimentation strategy across data analysis, technical implementation, execution of A/B testing, reporting etc
• Ability and desire to be the lead on projects and act as the main point of contact for your clients
• If you have experience of coding and want to keep your hand in on that front, great, but there is a frontend dev in the team to pick this up
• Applications are welcome from candidates with agency an/or client side experience
• Any experience of subscription based products would be a bonus but certainly not essential

The salary will be dependent on experience but will be up to around £50,000 basic plus 10% bonus.
