We’re hiring a Head of Operations for a fast growth London-based FMCG scale-up.


Backed by top-tier investors and fuelled by ambitious growth plans, they're now looking for a world-class Head of Operations to join their senior team and help build the operational engine that will power their national and international expansion.


This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments. Reporting to the Founders, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and leading their end-to-end supply chain operations – from sourcing and manufacturing through to fulfilment and logistics – with a sharp focus on efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the supply chain strategy in alignment with commercial goals.
  • Oversee sourcing, procurement, production, warehousing, and logistics operations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing supply chain and operations team.
  • Ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of products to customers and retail partners.
  • Manage relationships with manufacturing partners, 3PLs, and suppliers.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance, sustainability, and resilience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and Product teams.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading supply chain and operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment (scale-up or challenger brand experience is a big plus).
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Experience scaling operations through periods of rapid growth and complexity.
  • Excellent negotiation, project management, and team leadership skills.
  • A builder mentality – excited to shape the future of a high-potential brand.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.


The successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £85,000 plus benefits inlcuding a share scheme.
