About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, creative and technically strong Performance Marketing Lead to join our team and help enable Fleek’s growth. You’ll take ownership of our performance marketing strategy, leading day-to-day optimisations, driving efficiency, and innovating our data-driven marketing approach. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on Fleek’s goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future B2B wholesale fashion.
Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social driving growth primarily new customer acquisition.
- Large-Scale Budget Management: Own and manage advertising budgets exceeding $1M+ yearly, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to minimise CPA
- Multi-Touch Attribution & Data Analysis: Leverage multi-touch attribution models and data-driven insights to optimize performance across all paid channels, ensuring proper budget allocation based on full-funnel impact.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Tiktok and YouTube
- Experiment with running campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit
- Creative & Ad Copy Testing: Create specs for ad copy, visuals, and landing pages, and collaborate with the design team to create and refine them.
- Conversion Tracking & Performance Analytics: Monitor and optimize paid media channels for customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and longterm revenue growth.
- Cross-Channel Synergy: Work closely with other folks from the marketing team to ensure a unified strategy across all customer touchpoints.
- Work with product and tech team to ensure conversion tracking, product feed management and attribution modelling are correctly setup and running
- Reporting & Strategic Insights: Develop and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Leveraging AI to automating parts of the daily process from reporting, creative development and/or campaigns management
Experience
- Experience in performance marketing with an emphasis on multi-channel acquisition strategies. Proven experience managing large-scale budgets ($1M+ per year) in a Marketplace is preferred Expertise in optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and tiktok
- Experience with product feed management on Google Merchant Center and Facebook/Tiktok Commerce Managers, along with working with third party feed management tools
- Comfortable analysing large datasets and using tools such as Google Analytics, Advertising Platform metrics and Google Sheets to drive marketing decisions.
- Customer-first mindset: ability to craft growth strategies that align with business goals
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration
