Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and build longlists
  • Engage and screen senior-level candidates
  • Prepare client-ready notes, reports, and materials
  • Manage CRM records (Invenias) and coordinate search timelines
  • Support referencing, offers, and psychometric tools

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong research and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with care
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Executive search experience and a relevant degree (or equivalent)

You’ll thrive here if you're curious, quality-driven, and energised by working across complex, technical sectors. Guided by our core values of Quality, Creativity, and Trust, you’ll be part of a high-performing team making a real impact.

Why Cellence+?

  • Work with purpose: Empowering organisations to redefine tomorrow
  • Contribute to meaningful leadership appointments
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive environment with room to grow
  • Enjoy hybrid working and a flexible, values-led culture
