Role: Head of Ecology

Location: London

• Lead a growing team of in-house Ecologists.
• A chance to play a key role in defining strategy.
• Be instrumental in the successful delivery of best-in-class BNG habitat banks.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• CIEEM membership.
• Demonstrable experience in Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) with understanding of Statutory Metric, relevant legislation, and policy frameworks
• Knowledge of ecological principles and methodologies.
• Strong botanical identification skills and experience conducting standardized quadrat and transect surveys
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Reporting directly to Senior leadership, A Head of Ecology is required to lead a growing team and play a key role in establishing best-in-class BNG habitat banks.
