You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the commercial team, from helping procure subcontractors and suppliers to preparing vital cost and materials data. Get involved in real projects—measuring, evaluating, coordinating payments, attending site meetings, and working closely with our on-site teams. Your Journey Includes:

• Structured 2-Year Development Programme with daily on-the-job learning across exciting live projects
• Quarterly Functional Placements to explore different areas of the business
• Project Rotation in Year Two to broaden your experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
• Experience: Prior site experience is a plus but by no means a pre-requisite!
