Machine Shop Supervisor

Location: Leeds

Salary: £40,000 + 12% Shift Premium

Shifts: Rotating

Early: Mon–Thu 6:00am–2:30pm, Fri 6:00am–12:00pm

Late: Mon–Thu 2:00pm–10:30pm, Fri 11:30am–5:00pm

Elevation Recruitment are currently recruiting a Machine Shop Supervisor on behalf of a specialist manufacturer, who off the back of a very successful year have ambitious plans for incremental growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity, managing a team of skilled operators across a modern, well-equipped facility. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily shop floor operations across a range of machines including:

• 3 & 5 Axis CNC Machines
• Sliding Head Lathes
• Injection Moulding Machinery

You’ll report directly to the Production Director and play a key part in ensuring operational targets are met. This is a hands-on leadership role with around 60% hands-on (setting/operating) and 40% supervisory.

We’re looking for Machine Shop Supervisors with the below skills & experience:

• Experience in setting and operating CNC machinery
• Comfortable managing a small team, ensuring high standards of productivity, safety, and quality
• Ability to lead by example and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude
