A well-established and privately owned London-based property developer is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, focusing on projects across London and the surrounding areas.

The Role:

This position involves managing the commercial elements of façade and cladding remediation schemes, including cost reporting, procurement, subcontractor management, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and the Building Safety Act.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in cladding remediation or external façade works
• Commercially astute with subcontractor and cost management expertise
• Background with a main contractor, developer, or specialist subcontractor
• Knowledge of relevant building safety and fire compliance legislation
• HNC/Degree qualified or qualified by experience
